With over 20 years of experience in education, Alfredo Silva is a passionate educator, advocate, and innovator. Currently serving as a Teacher on Special Assignment for the Office of 7-12 Instruction in the Garden Grove Unified School District, Alfredo is also the Vice President of the California Council for Social Studies and the host of the Teach4Justice Podcast.
Alfredo's enthusiasm for leveraging educational technology to enhance learning has led him to earn multiple certifications, including Adobe Education Innovator, Google Certified Educator Level 2, Soundtrap Producer, and Pear Deck Certified Coach. His dynamic approach to teaching and learning has made him a sought-after speaker at premier education conferences, including CUE, ISTE, and IDEAcon, where he served as a featured speaker in February 2025.
